Service Coordinator, Pediatric Therapies

Service coordinators will provide supports and services within the context of the family's typical routines to ensure meaningful relevance for the child's participation in primary caregiving relationships. Key duties include processing referrals, scheduling meetings, conducting standardized screenings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating various required assessments and planning meetings.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as early childhood, child development, or family studies, and demonstrate knowledge of azeip policies and child development principles. Successful completion of a background clearance and obtaining a level one fingerprint card clearance are mandatory.
