Curriculum Leadership

  • Develop, execute, and adapt engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state standards and developmental goals.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is highly preferred. (Minimum requirement: High School Diploma/GED with a CDA or equivalent experience).

Experience

Proven experience in a classroom or daycare environment with a strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
