As a Track & Field Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. Responsibilities

Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills. Lead structured practices Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities Communicate with parents/guardians Follow all health and safety guidelines Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team

Qualifications

Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required First aid and CPR-certified Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
