Provider Trainer

The provider trainer divides time between direct patient care as a float provider and delivering epic training and workflow support to clinical staff. They are responsible for developing training materials, ensuring documentation compliance, and collaborating with various departments to optimize clinical software usage.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program and possess an active north carolina license. A minimum of 2 years of pediatric and adult care experience is required, along with proficiency in ehr systems and strong communication skills.
