The assistant will provide consistent, individualized support and supervision to a student throughout the school day, reinforcing academic and behavioral strategies developed by specialized staff. Key duties include implementing individualized supports, encouraging communication, and implementing behavior interventions following aba-Based strategies.

Required qualifications include an associate’s degree or 48+ college credit hours, along with experience working with students with autism or other developmental disabilities. Candidates must be able to follow detailed plans, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, patience, and reliability.
