Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

The bcba will design, implement, and supervise aba-Based treatment programs while conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans. They are responsible for mentoring rbts, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-Quality care.

Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and a master's degree in a relevant field such as behavior analysis or psychology. At least one year of experience as a practicing bcba is preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
