Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

The bcba will design, implement, and supervise aba-Based treatment programs while conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans. They will also mentor rbts, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate clinical documentation within the ehr.

Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field. At least one year of experience as a practicing bcba is preferred, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
