Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will provide evidence-Based behavioral interventions and psychotherapeutic services to high-Risk youth in a residential setting. They are responsible for assessing challenging behaviors and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the development of successful adults.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field and be licensed in the state of florida. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and child abuse registry search.
