Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will manage and supervise rbts and bts while designing and implementing individualized, evidence-Based treatment plans for children with autism. They are also responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and providing training to families and caregivers to ensure long-Term success.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
