We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our growing team and lead clinical care in Staten Island, NY and surrounding NYC boroughs. What You’ll Do; Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments for clients across Staten Island and NYC Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs Provide BCBA supervision and mentorship to RBTs in home, school, and community settings Ensure high-quality implementation of ABA therapy programs Analyze data and adjust programs to drive measurable client progress Provide parent training to families throughout Staten Island and nearby NYC areas Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation What You Bring; Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing Experience providing ABA therapy in NYC, Staten Island, or similar urban settings preferred Strong knowledge of behavior analysis, data collection, and treatment planning Excellent leadership, communication, and supervision skills Ability to manage cases across multiple NYC service locations Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What Sets You Apart You’re not just a clinician—you’re a leader in the ABA field.
