What you’ll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
- Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred
- Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
- Experience with session note writing and documentation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
