Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Washington

The bcba will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop data-Driven behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing supervision to rbts. They are also responsible for managing a caseload independently while delivering structured parent training and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-On experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
