Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide clinical oversight for treatment implementation. They are also responsible for supervising rbts and paraprofessionals while providing training to caregivers to ensure skill generalization.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-Solving skills are required, along with experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings.
