Employment Specialist-Onondaga (59271)

Provide direct and indirect employment services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including job coaching and skill development. Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate positive relationships between service recipients and their employers.

Requires a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree preferred, and 2-3 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and effective organizational and communication skills.
