Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Ability to obtain Level 1 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) endorsement Ability to complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training and physically perform CPI techniques Ability to obtain American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification Valid Michigan Driver’s License and Chauffeur’s License (or ability to obtain Chauffeur’s License) Training is provided by the agency. Professional conduct is expected from day one.
