Job Description

They should be willing to participate in teaching using alternative delivery methods such as online and hybrid. They will regularly engage in ongoing professional development and innovation opportunities focused on pedagogical growth offered within the College and at St. Cloud State University.
Salary Range: $64,963- $188,620/annually
Minimum Qualifications
Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Two (2) years of post-MSW practice experience. Evidence of teaching experience in Higher Education. Evidence of teaching effectiveness with students of various learning styles. Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds. Currently possess or ability to obtain Minnesota State social work licensure by date of appointment. Preferred Qualification Doctor of Social Work (DSW) or PhD in Social Work or related field. Knowledge of and experience with social justice activities to enhance already established program focus. Demonstrated ability to model social work professional values and ethics, and to work effectively with colleagues. Knowledge of and experience in direct practice, specifically with individuals, groups, families, organizations and communities. Demonstrated ability to develop research agenda. Evidence of effective provision of both clinical and non-clinical content in the areas of individuals, families and groups. Evidence of effective community and organizational engagement. Other Requirements Must be able to teach online and in person. Please note that successful applicants must be eligible to work in the United States on or before the effective date of appointment.
