Board Certified Behavior Analysts BCBA

The bcba will oversee behavioral and functional assessments while creating individualized, evidence-Based behavior plans. They are also responsible for training the rbt team and leading parent training sessions to support family growth.

Candidates must hold a bcba license and a minimum of a master's degree in aba, psychology, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is required.
