Pay & benefits
$16.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and qualifications) + Opportunity to earn a bonus monthly!

What you'll do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1
1 with children using individualized treatment plans designed by clinical supervisors. You'll help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to children during therapy sessions
- Implement behavior support strategies and skill-building programs
- Collect session data and document progress
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Maintain professionalism and reliability
- What we're looking for

- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background screening
- Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus
- Willingness to complete 40-hour training prior to in house training
