Interim Service Coordinator

The interim service coordinator ensures the implementation of the wv birth to three individualized family service plan process. Responsibilities include facilitating intake and eligibility meetings, coordinating transition planning, and maintaining relationships with community partners.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an approved human services field or a related degree with at least 9 hours of relevant coursework. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
