Interim Service Coordinator

The service coordinator ensures the implementation of the wv birth to three individualized family service plan process. They facilitate intake, eligibility, and ifsp meetings while maintaining relationships with families, practitioners, and community partners.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an approved human services field or a related degree with at least 9 hours of relevant coursework. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass extensive background checks.
