This role supports children ages 3–5 years old and focuses on promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through thoughtful lesson planning and play-based learning aligned with the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards.
The Preschool Teacher will collaborate closely with families and team members, demonstrate strong communication and organization skills, and bring a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education.
Works under the supervision of the Director. Responsible for the supervision of an assigned group of children to insure their health and safety. Develop a well balanced daily schedule and an age appropriate lesson plans, including activities to stimulate social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
