Lower School Head Teacher (K-3)

The lower school head teacher will design and implement interdisciplinary lesson plans in social studies, literacy, and math while fostering an inclusive and joyful classroom environment. They will also collaborate with grade-Level teams, mentor associate teachers, and maintain strong partnerships with families.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of two years of lead teaching experience in an elementary classroom. Proficiency in digital educational tools and a commitment to culturally responsive teaching practices are required.
