Crossroads school - Middle school girls flag football coach

The coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in developing student athletes through game strategies, technique instruction, and positive mentorship. They must also manage practice schedules, ensure player safety, and maintain compliance with school and athletic regulations.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and possess in-Depth knowledge of the sport. A minimum of one year of varsity coaching experience is preferred, along with valid cpr/First aid certification.
