Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician provides direct, one-On-One behavioral therapy and interventions to children with autism spectrum disorder under the supervision of a bcba. They are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Candidates must hold an active rbt certification through the behavior analyst certification board. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and familiarity with aba techniques.
