Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will deliver direct, one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy sessions, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs developed by the bcba. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the bcba on treatment progress and communicating updates to families.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification through the bacb and be capable of providing direct care involving communication, socialization, and daily living activities. Preferred qualifications include experience implementing aba techniques and working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
