Sports Referee (Cibolo/ Schertz) - Basketball

The referee is responsible for officiating sports games, maintaining participant safety, and enforcing ymca rules and policies. They must also communicate effectively with parents, players, and coaches while ensuring the cleanliness of facility sites.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess a strong understanding of sports rules and diplomatic interpersonal skills. Required certifications include child abuse prevention training, cpr, first aid, and aed, which must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.
