Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by creating an engaging environment and assisting with individual and small-Group learning activities. They also observe children to support their needs and collaborate with the team to maintain an orderly classroom.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in the montessori approach is required, though prior specific montessori experience is not mandatory.
