Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting in the preparation of an orderly learning environment. They will also collaborate with lead guides to facilitate small-Group activities and build respectful relationships with families.

Candidates should have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in the montessori approach is required, though prior specific montessori experience is not mandatory.
