Clinical Educator

The clinical educator designs, implements, and evaluates orientation and continuing education programs for clinical staff to ensure organizational standards. They also facilitate professional development and provide leadership to promote clinical improvement initiatives across the health network.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing and possess at least 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience. A valid pennsylvania registered nurse license and basic life support certification are required upon hire.
