You’ll partner closely with families, educators, and community resources to create a strong support network around each student. - Emergency Medical Leave Program Flexible Spending Accounts (healthcare & dependent care) Health & Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discount Program Mileage reimbursement (when applicable) Key Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to students during the school day Maintain an active clinical caseload in alignment with agency standards Deliver prevention and early‑intervention services to reduce barriers to learning Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence‑based interventions with students and families Collaborate with school staff, families, supervisors, and community partners Serve as a liaison between students, schools, and behavioral health services Coordinate referrals to internal and external community resources Respond to crisis situations and provide timely emotional support as needed Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active or provisional Illinois licensure (LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCPC) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of DSM‑based diagnostic criteria Knowledge of clinical documentation, caseload management, and compliance standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and school personnel Comfortable working independently while engaging in supervision and feedback Illinois Notice As part of our talent review process, we may utilize technology that helps organize applicant information.
