Our Vision Give back Teach 1,000 children daily Build lasting opportunities for our communities What You’ll Do Create a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment Provide nurturing, responsive, and individualized care Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences Support children’s sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development Observe and document developmental milestones Build strong partnerships with families Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child Maintain compliance with California Title 22 regulations and program policies Required Qualifications ECE units required under California Title 22 (must meet teacher qualifications) Ability to pass a criminal background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid California Teaching Permit (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Calm, patient, and nurturing approach with a passion for early childhood development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a preschool classroom setting Knowledge of DRDP implementation Familiarity with the Environment Rating Scale (ERS)
