Day Habilitation Specialist - Hauppauge

The specialist will provide structure, emotional support, and assistance with personal hygiene to adults with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for documenting progress and transporting participants to various activities using agency vehicles.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience or an associate/Bachelor's degree. A clean, valid nys driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and transferring adults are required.
