Earn $18.00-$20.00/hr without degree

Earn $20.00-$22.00/hr with degree.

Position overview

The Program Instructor provides engaging, supportive, and structured activities for adults with developmental disabilities. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals develop skills that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Facilitate Adult Day Program activities, including

  • Vocational training
  • Independent living skills
  • Cognitive and social development
  • Leisure and recreational activities
  • Mobility, sensory, and perceptual motor skills
  • Support individuals in developing computer and basic technology skills
  • Encourage participation while adapting activities to meet individual needs
  • Maintain a positive, flexible, and person-centered approach
  • Collaborate with team members to support individualized goals
