Direct Care Professional

Direct care professionals provide 24-Hour supervision and support for youth in a residential treatment center, including managing behaviors and assisting with daily living activities. They are also responsible for implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and facilitating therapeutic enrichment activities.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Applicants must have at least six weeks of behavioral health experience or equivalent education and pass background, drug, and physical screenings.
