The assistant coach supports the head coach in all aspects of the division i volleyball program, including player development, scouting, and recruiting. Responsibilities also include coordinating practice logistics, match preparation, and monitoring student-Athlete academic progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and previous volleyball playing or coaching experience at the collegiate, club, or high school level. Strong knowledge of volleyball systems and familiarity with video analysis tools are required.
