Academic Advisor

The academic advisor manages a caseload of undergraduate students to provide academic planning, degree exploration, and institutional guidance. They also collaborate with academic departments to support student persistence, retention, and timely progress toward degree completion.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and have at least two years of experience in advising, coaching, or student success support. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex academic policies and institutional processes are required.
