Fitness Instructor - Part Time

The instructor will be responsible for leading fitness classes of various skills and intensities for individuals and groups, while also promoting health and fitness programs through education and goal setting. Essential duties include assisting in developing safe exercise programs, conducting fitness screenings, and providing instruction on cardio and weight training equipment.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology or related area, or nationally accepted certifications such as nasm, nsca, acsm, or ace, along with current cpr and first aid certification. Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of experience, skilled use of all equipment, excellent physical fitness, and effective communication skills.
