Core responsibilities
The workshop facilitator plans and delivers engaging life skills workshops to help residents achieve housing stability and independence. They also provide peer-Based support, conduct one-On-One check-Ins, and collaborate with staff to monitor client progress.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience in peer coaching for justice-Involved or low-Income populations is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, knowledge of trauma-Informed practices, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
