Workshop Facilitator

The workshop facilitator provides trauma-Informed, peer-Based mentoring, financial coaching, and reentry education to justice-Involved individuals, delivering both one-On-One and group-Based services using evidence-Based workshops like cbi. Key duties include sharing lived experience to build trust, coaching clients on financial literacy, and helping them navigate barriers related to housing and employment post-Incarceration.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, otherwise a minimum of two years of experience serving justice-Involved, homeless, and low-Income populations through peer coaching is required. Candidates should be familiar with cbi curricula, possess knowledge of trauma-Informed practices, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with lived experience being preferred.
