Lead Teacher - South Carolina First Steps 4K Program

The lead teacher will plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for 4-Year-Olds while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment. They are also responsible for assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, or an associate degree with a plan to complete a teacher education program. Experience working with preschool-Aged children and strong knowledge of child development principles are required.
