ELC Aides

The aide assists the teacher with daily classroom operations, including activity facilitation, meal service, and maintaining a safe environment for children. They are also responsible for documenting attendance and incidents while ensuring the ymca's core values are upheld.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old with substantial experience working with children under 13, including at least one year of infant/Toddler care. An associate's degree in early education is preferred, and candidates must pass medical and tb screening requirements.
