Morning Care Assistant (6:30-8:30am)

The morning care assistant directs the activities of early arriving students from 6:30 to 8:30 am daily, focusing on developing a positive, secure environment and training students in school routines. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supervising students indoors and outdoors, engaging in physical play, and ensuring room tidiness.

Candidates must be committed christians who serve as role models, regularly attend an evangelical protestant church, and adhere to a biblical lifestyle. Essential qualifications include the ability to maintain an orderly atmosphere, strong organizational skills, enthusiasm, sensitivity, and the physical capacity to supervise children both indoors and outdoors.
