Temporary - Evening Coordinator, Humphreys County Campus
Position Summary
Serves as the primary point of contact for basic administrative, instructional and facilities support for evening operations at the Humphreys County Campus. Acts as an evening resource for faculty, staff and students and responds to emergencies during evening hours.
- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform job duties from the assigned campus or work location.
- Is the principal point of contact for evening operations.
- Facilitates the use of campus facilities during evening hours.
- Acts as a liaison between campus director, faculty, staff and students to facilitate evening operations.
- Ensures that the campus is supervised and high traffic areas are overseen during evening hours.
- In the event of an emergency during evening hours of operation, executes campus emergency procedures and communicates with various college personnel and/or external agencies as the situation and/or protocols warrant.
- Keeps the campus director and other appropriate college personnel informed of any incidents or concerns that arise during the evening.
- Manages projects as directed by the campus director.
- Monitors the campus phone and campus email inbox while on duty.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree
One year experience in an administrative support role
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in higher education
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to work effectively with co-workers, faculty and students. Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision. Ability to multi-task and be responsive to time-sensitive requests. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Rate of Pay
$18.00 per hour
Work Hours: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, up to 10 hours per week
