21st Century Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist plans and implements outcome-Driven programs that support academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles for youth. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, tracking member attendance and behavior, and fostering positive relationships with youth and community partners.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in education or a related field preferred. Candidates should have experience working with youth and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
