Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician implements behavior-Analytic services and assists with behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a bcba. They work directly with students in classroom and home settings to reinforce learning objectives and implement behavior intervention plans.

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or ged and pass the gace para assessment or meet equivalent college credit requirements. Candidates must be willing to complete the 40-Hour training required for rbt certification and obtain a georgia psc paraprofessional certificate.
