Core responsibilities
The assistant teacher will collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and facilitate daily activities and lessons while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment. Responsibilities also include attending to children's basic needs, managing classroom behavior, and maintaining consistent communication with parents.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent organizational skills with a nurturing approach to childcare. While not strictly required, 1-3 years of relevant experience and current cpr/First aid certification are preferred.
