Junior Sailing Instructor (Adjunct)

Provide direct instructional support for sailing, kayaking, and paddle boarding programs while ensuring the safety and engagement of youth participants. Maintain equipment, manage program operations, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Requires strong communication skills, patience for working with children, and the ability to model appropriate behavior and sportsmanship. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and complete mandatory safety and first-Aid training.
