Early Head Start Lead Teacher- Tutor Time, N McClintock

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children aged birth to 3 years while managing classroom operations. They also build relationships with families and mentor fellow teachers to ensure high-Quality educational experiences.

Candidates must hold an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a cda in infant/Toddler. Experience in leading a classroom and creating lesson plans is required, along with the ability to meet state and company licensing standards.
