The educator serves as the primary resource for onboarding and ongoing professional development programs by coordinating training logistics and materials. They also manage affiliation agreements, facilitate non-Clinical training sessions, and support new hire integration into the organization.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in teaching, education, or healthcare, or have equivalent related experience. Three years of experience in adult education or training is preferred, along with a basic life support certification.
