RN | Clinical Services Educator

The clinical services educator is responsible for training and supporting healthcare staff, developing and delivering onboarding and ongoing education programs for clinical team members like nurses and aides. They also assess staff competencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a mentor to promote evidence-Based care standards.

A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is required, along with an active rn license if the role is nursing-Focused, and 3-5+ years of clinical experience. Candidates must also possess basic life support certification, strong teaching and communication abilities, and good organizational and leadership skills.
